This is the US Army ECWCS Gen3 Level 7 Jacket, sourced in great condition and manufactured by Tennier Industries, Inc., one of the most trusted contractors in the U.S. military supply system.
Tennier has produced sleeping systems and cold-weather gear for the U.S. Army for decades, and remains a key manufacturer of both Level 6 and Level 7 garments.
Designed as the final insulating layer of the ECWCS system, the Level 7 jacket is engineered for extreme cold—rated to perform in temperatures down to -46°C when layered appropriately.
